COVID Safe


The Health and Wellbeing of our members, coaches and all of our families, is at the forefront of all of our interactions. Therefore there have been some changes implemented that will help to maintain a clean, safe and healthy gym experience for us all. 
 
1 – MOST IMPORTANTLY 
Please do not attend the gym if you have any cold or flu symptoms, gastrointestinal upsets or have done so within the preceding 48 hours. Please exercise caution if someone in your household or people you are in close, direct contact with have experienced these. 

Please do not attend the gym if you have been directed to isolate based on your contact with a COVID19 case or whilst waiting COVID19 test results. Please check www.nsw.gov.au/covid-19 for more information. This information is subject to change based on current State or Federal Guidelines.
 
 
2 – HOW WE USE THE GYM
Group sessions will still be scheduled for 1 hour, however expect that training times may be slightly reduced to allow for a changeover period where equipment can be sanitised as necessary.
 
To avoid gatherings larger than is permitted, please don’t arrive earlier than 5 minutes before the start time of your session. Ensure you maintain 1.5m physical distance from others around you.

Please arrive already in your training gear - change facilities are not available at this time.

Please exit the gym promptly at the completion of your session. 
 
You will need to ALWAYS bring a clean full size towel and your own filled drink  bottle, and you will need to sanitise your hands on arrival. 
 
Your equipment will need to be wiped when you have finished using it.


3 – BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS
Private sessions  require 24 hours notice of cancellation to avoid full fee being charged. Private sessions must be paid in advance via the booking confirmation email. Revised Terms & Conditions can be found here

4 - WAIVERS
All new members must complete a waiver before your first session. If your circumstances have changed, including emergency contact, please complete an updated waiver.


5. ZOOM - ONLINE SESSIONS
Zoom Meeting information will provided in booking confirmation via email.
Please ensure that you are completely visible through your device's camera. You will require access to some simple equipment like Dumbells or Kettlebells, Bands, Skipping rope and at times an area to run/walk.
