Fully personalised programming with online coaching support. This is also a suitable format to support you with pelvic health and return to exercise programs.

This option is designed for people who want a completely individualised program but train independently or aren’t local to me.

Your training will be tailored specifically to your goals, experience and schedule.

• 3+ weekly training sessions designed specifically for you

• Direct communication and coaching support

This is the closest online option to having your own coach guiding your training.

We all follow the same structured program, and all the usual regressions and progressions are there to make sure you get the most out of your session, delivered via the app AND including videos in case you were talking and didn’t see/hear the demo ;)
